PHOTOS: Displaced Nigerians Protest In Abuja

Displaced Nigerians from various Abuja camps have staged a protest at the headquarters of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in Abuja. 

People are protesting against poor living conditions at their camps. Their placards read: “It is not our wish to be here”, “We do not have option”, “Look into our condition”.

 Meanwhile heartbreaking photos showing how children are being fed in a Maiduguri camp has been making rounds in social media. The kids were being served food with a shovel.

In another development the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) discovered about 22 members of the dreaded Boko Haram sect among the Nigerians deported from Cameroon. They were identified by the marks on their backs indicating that they are ready to die. This was disclosed by NEMA director general Muhammad Sani Sidi.
